Shipping is included in the cost if you live in continental USA.
A $20 shipping charge is added to all international orders.
Shipping cost outside the Continental USA may vary upon location.
How do I start my Kink Crate subscription?
You can start by going our homepage https://kinkcrate.net, Choose Single or Partnered, Choose your Payment option, then Checkout. You can pay monthly, Every 3 or 6 months, or annually.
The annual price is discounted so that you get 12 crates for the approximate cost of 10.
How Do I Cancel?
When you are ready to cancel you can log into your account via our homepage; https://kinkcrate.net/my-account/ and select the cancelation options.
How Do I Cancel my PayPal Subscription to KinkCrate?
We are unable to cancel any PayPal subscriptions for you. Please follow the steps below to cancel a PayPal subscription:
- Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.lick the Settings icon next to “Log out.”
- Select Preapproved Payments under “Payment settings.”
- Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel…

- Confirm your request to finalize the cancellation.
When I sign up, how often am I charged?
If you choose a monthly plan, you will be billed once a month on the last day of the month. Quarterly, bi annual and annual subscriptions will bill on the last day of their renewal month.
When I sign up for an annual subscription, is it all charged at once?
Yes. The full amount is due when you sign up. You will save the costs of two months to sign up for an annual subscription.
Am I charged taxes or fees for renewing or signing up?
Yes. Taxes are included in the renewal price
When do you ship out my Kink Crate?
Your box will ship on the week of the 20th day of every month. Please order by the 20th to get the current box.
Do you have sales or discounts?
Yes, we often create promotional sales on our socials medial sites, and through our newsletter.
Can I cancel my account and resign with a new promotion?
Sorry, our promotions are for first time subscribers only.

I signed up for one month, why am I being charged again?
All of our subscriptions are automatically renewed until you cancel or email us at info@kinkcrate.net.
My crate was never delivered, now what?
If you have not already contacted our support team for a replacement, please let us know within 30 days of shipping if you are missing your crate. We would be happy to investigate and further assist. Please make sure your shipping address is updated via your user account to ensure future shipments will be shipped correctly.
What is your Refund Policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Yet we recognize that there are circumstances that require individual attention.
