A college professor explained an important research assignment to his class and told them when it was due. He stressed that the paper was an absolute requirement for passing the class, and that there would be only two acceptable excuses for it being late: a medically certifiable illness, or a death in the student’s immediate family. A wise-ass student in the back of the classroom waved his hand and spoke up, “What about extreme sexual exhaustion, Professor?”
The class exploded in laughter. The professor stood quietly until absolute silence had been restored. Then he froze the offending student with an unsmiling glare and replied, “If you should experience that problem, I’ll expect you to write with your other hand.”
